How 3 Pints can help you lose weight

If you’ve clicked on this and hoped for us to say you can drink 3 pints of good ale and then lose weight then you would be wrong! Here we are on about 3 pints of absolute awesomeness which is very nutrient dense and actually tastes pretty good! We are not ones for restricting calories on a day-to-day basis, but what we have below is a carefully selected ingredients list to help your body churn away at the fat stores on those unwanted areas.

If you struggle to get the veggies in, one of these could be the answer to your daily intake.

After doing the math on the ingredients, it works out at around 1, 200 Kcals for the 3 smoothies altogether. So if you are going to try this please note a few things.
